NAKO FLEX

Global Supplier of Weft Motors and Weaving Machine Spare Parts – Exporting Quality from Gaziantep, Turkey

Introduction: Powering the World’s Textile Production

In today’s fast-paced global textile market, every second counts. The precision and performance of your weaving machines can make or break your profitability. One component at the heart of this performance is the weft motor.

From Gaziantep, Turkey’s textile capital, Nakotekstil exports high-quality weft motors, spare parts, and textile machinery accessories to the world. With a focus on quality, compatibility, and fast international service, we help textile manufacturers in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and beyond keep their looms running without interruption.

If you're searching for a trusted weft motor supplier, a weaving machine parts distributor, or a company that truly understands the demands of textile machinery—you've come to the right place.

What is a Weft Motor?

A weft motor—also known as an atkı motoru in Turkish—is a small but powerful component that plays a big role in the weaving process. It controls the insertion of the weft yarn through the warp threads, ensuring smooth, consistent fabric formation.

Without a functioning weft motor, weaving machines cannot operate efficiently. A faulty motor can result in fabric defects, production delays, broken threads, or even total machine failure. That’s why quality and maintenance of this part are critical.

Core Functions of the Weft Motor:

• Controls yarn insertion speed

• Manages timing between other machine parts

• Coordinates with brake systems to prevent slack or tension issues

• Ensures precise start/stop commands for optimal weaving accuracy

Whether you're running air jet looms, rapier weaving machines, or traditional shuttle looms, the weft motor is the silent worker that powers your production.
